It was revealed during the Financial Report that Ubisoft sales and the number of active players were increased by big numbers. Ubisoft Third-Quarter Financial Call was held in February 2020 when they announced their plan for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 with 5 new AAA games out of which 4 announced and 1 was yet to be revealed.
Those 4 announced AAA games included Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine, Gods & Monsters. Out of these 4 AAA titles, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the only game that is coming out on time without any delay as per Ubisoft claims.
Which game can be the 1 unannounced title?
There’s a huge debate going in between people for this unannounced AAA game of Ubisoft. Some predictions tell that it is going to be one of new titles for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell or long-awaited Prince of Persia. But I think none of these games are going to be the 1 unannounced title due to the fact that Ubisoft is planning to bet safely for these AAA games. After the big loss from Tom Clancy Breakpoint fewer sales Ubisoft changed their strategy and now only planning to go with verified sales increasing game titles only.
Far cry 5 was launched almost 2 years ago in March 2018. It was a big success and became the fastest-selling title in the franchise, grossing over $310 million in its first week of sales. If we look at things from this perspective then it looks like Far cry 6 is the most ideal game which can be the Unannounced Title everyone is searching.
